CONTDITIONS OF SALE. / I. The highest Bidderr be declared the Buyer, but if any Dispute shall arise, the Lot must be put up again. / II. No bidding can be taken less than thee pene e each Bidding, after the Lot is risen to ten Shillings, sixpence, and after one pound not less than one Shilling and so on in proportion. / III. Every Purchaser to pay down five Shillings in the Pound as Earnest in part of Payment, and all small arti-eles to be paid for immediatcly, or at the conclusion of each Day’s Sale. / IV. The Books are presumed to be perfect unless other-wife expresscd ; but if on collating at the place of Sale, any should prove imperfect, the Purchaser will then be at liberty to take or reject tbem, but not after the books ere delivered and taken away. / V.
