A CATALOGUE OF THE LIBRARY OF Benjamin Stillingfleet, Esq; LATELY CONTAINING A good COLLECTION of BOOKS, IN NATURAL HISTORY, AND HUSBANDRY, ALSO A good COLLECTION of PRINTS. To which is added, a COLLECTION of PRINTS, and BOOKS of PRINTS; Configned from ABROAD. Which will begin to be Sold by AUCTION, By Meffrs. BAKER and LEIGH, BOOKS ELLERS, At their House in York-Street, Govent-Garden, On Monday, Februay the 3d, 1772, and to continue the Four following Evenings. Beginning each Evening at Six o’Clock The Whole may be viewed on Friday, the 31st of January, to the Time of Sale. CATALOGUES to be had Gratis of the following Booksellers; Mr. DODSLEY’S, Pail-Mall; Mr. ROBSON’S, Bond-Street; Mr. WALTER’S, Charing-Cross; Messrs. BROTHERTON’S, and SSWELL’S Cornhill; Mr. OWEN’S, Temple Ber; and at the Place of SALE.

CONDITIONS of SALE, / 1st THAT he who bids most is the Buyer; but if any Disputes arise, the Book or Books to be put up to Sale again. / 2d That no Person advance lest than Three. pence each Bidding, and Six-pence after the Book arises to Five Shillings; nor less than One Shilling, after it arises to One Pound. / 3d, The Books are sopposed to be pcrfect ; but if any appear otherwise before taken away, the Buyer is at his Choice to take or leave them. / 4th, That each Perfon give in his Name and pay Five Shillings in the Pound (if demanded) for what he buys ; and that no Book be delivered in Time of Sale, unless first paid for. / 5th, The Books must be taken away at the Buyer’s Expence, and the Money paid at the Place of Sale, within six Days after the Sale is ended, or be positively resold, and the Loss made good by the Buyer. / Any Gentlemen who cannot attend the Sale, may have their Commissions received, and faithfully executed, / By their most humble Servants, / S.
