To begin each Day punctually at Twelve o'Clock. N. B. In the last Day will be sold the Remainder of his choice Collection of MUSIC. To be viewed on Friday the 12th, and to the Sale. Catalogues may had at Mr. Christie's as aforesaid.

[vignette]CONDITIONS of SALE. 1st, THAT the Person who bids most is the Buyer; but if any dispute arises, the Book or Books to be put up to Sale again. / 2d, That no Person advance less than Three-pence each Bidding; after Five Shillings, Six-pence; and after the Book arises to One Pound, no less than One Shilling. / 3d, They are supposed to be perfect; but if any should be found otherwise before taken away, the Buyer is at his Choice to take or leave them, as no Book is to be returned after Delivery. / 4th, That each Person give in his Name, and pay Five Shillings in the Pound (if demanded) for what he buys; and that no Book be delivered in Time of selling, unless first paid for. / 5th, The Lots must be taken away at the Buyer's Expence, and the Money paid at the Place of Sale, within six Days after the Sale is ended.[vignette]|[vignette]A CATALOGUE, &c.[after N@]|FINIS.[after N@27.]
