[vignette] CONDITIONS of SALE. I. THE highest Bidder to be the Buyer; and if any Dispute arises between the Bidders, about any lot, the same shall be immediately put up again. / II. No Person to advance less than fix-pence; above One Pound, One Shilling; above Five Pounds, Two Shillings and Six-pence; and soon in Proportion. / III. The Buyer to pay Five Shillings in the Pound, as Earnest, in part of Payment for each Lot; and to deelare their Names and Places of Abode, if required, / IV. The Lots to be taken away, with all Faults, at the Buyer's Expence, within One Day after the Sale is ended. and the remainder of the Purchase-Money to be paid on or before the Delivery. / V.
