To be viewed on Friday and Saturday next, and till the Sale, which will begin each Day at 12 o' Clock. Cacalogues may then be had on the Premises, and of Mr. POLLARD, Woodstock-Street, near New Bond-Street.

[vignette] CONDITIONS of SALE. I. THE highest bidder to be the Buyer, and if any dispute arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot in dispute to be immediately put up again / II. No Person to advance less than 6d. under a Pound, above a Pound, One Shilling, and above 5l. two Shillings and Six-pence; and so in proportion. / III. The Purchasers are to give in their Names and Places of abode, and positively to pay down 5s. in the Pound, in part of Payment of the Purchase Money, in Default of which the Lot or Lots so Purchased to be immediately put up again and Re-sold. / IV. The Lots to be taken away with all Faults at the Buyers Expence, within two Day after the Sale. / V.
