CONDITIONS OF SALE. [separating line] I. - The highest bidder to be declared the purchaser, and if any dispute arise between the bidders, the lot to be put up again. / II. - No person to advance less than three-pence; above ten shillings, sixpence; above one pound, one shilling; above two pounds, two shillings; above three pounds, two shillings and sixpence; above five pounds three shillings, will be deemed an advance. / III. - The purchaser to pay the auction-duty of one shilling in the pound upon all lots liable thereto. / IV. - The purchasers to give in their names and places of residence, and to pay for each lot at the fall of the hammer, if required, or immediately after the close of the sale, and previously to removing the lots. / V. - Each lot to be taken with all faults, and removed at the expence of the purchaser.|CATALOGUE OF BOOKS.
